Faith is a different language, it has a tongue, it has a sound! You can hear faith, when it is spoken and lined up with the word of God.
Faith is something that needs to be heard, and when spoken out will bring the power of God on the scene. When its' not spoken and not heard, its' like a cheque without a signature, it has a lot of potential, but it has no authority or power without a signature.
That's why words can be taken for granted and we can speak negatively, doubt, fear and unbelief and verbalize it and we need to understand that's not the language of faith.
Faith is a different language!
The words of our mouth tell the temperature of our heart. In Matthew 12:35 it says, "A good person produces good words from a good heart, and an evil person produces evil words from an evil heart."
Believe it or not, our words set the stage for our life's story. Just as the law of gravity is true, the "law of the lips" holds true too. The bible says that no man can tame the tongue without divine grace and assistance. We need the help of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God to win this battle.
Galatians 3:5 - Does God give you His Spirit and work miracles among you because you observe the law, or because you believe what you heard? Hearing what God says and allowing God to hear the confession of our faith is called the working of faith.
Jesus is called the high priest of our confession in Hebrews 3:1.
Consider letting God's Word frame your confession. Romans 10:17 says, "Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God".
